Why invest in a made-to-measure internal door?
Our made-to-measure internal doors can be tailored to your specific dimensions. You can also choose from a wide array of customisations, like bespoke internal glazed and half-glazed styles, as well as shaker doors and kitchen doors, all of which are meticulously crafted to seamlessly integrate with your home’s unique style and measurements.
Whether you’re seeking the timeless and traditional design of made-to-measure oak doors, budget-friendly internal doors, or made-to-measure fire doors, our range has you covered.
While you can choose different sizes of our internal doors to suit your needs, there are many reasons why you should buy a bespoke, made-to-measure internal door:
A perfect fit for every space
Homes come in all shapes and sizes, and not every door frame has standard dimensions.
A made-to-measure internal door ensures a seamless fit, eliminating any gaps that could affect insulation, privacy, and aesthetics. Our bespoke door service is extremely popular for older properties or bespoke builds with non-standard door frames.
A seamless appearance
A perfectly fitted door doesn’t just look better but can also add a cohesive look and feel to your interior. Our customisation options allow you to select styles, finishes, and materials to match your desired look and complement your space.
Improved insulation and soundproofing
A door that’s precisely sized to your door frame offers better insulation properties, reducing drafts and regulating your room’s temperature. Plus, a bespoke fit door also contributes to more effective soundproofing for more privacy and peace.
Long-term durability
By tailoring a door to your exact specifications, you’ll be investing in a product that’s made to last.
Ideal for unique doorways
If your property has extra-wide doors, open-plan spaces, or tall doors for a grand entrance, it’s easy to find the perfect fit with a made-to-measure internal door.

How to measure a door frame
Here’s a step-by-step guide to getting accurate measurements before you order your made-to-measure doors with us.
For us to provide you with the best bespoke door for your project, we will need three measurements. Your door frame’s height, width, and the depth/thickness.
1. Gather your tools. You’ll need a tape measure, a notepad and a pen, and a spirit level.
2. Measure the door frame height. This is from the floor to the underside of the top frame, also known as the head jamb. Take your measurements from the left, centre, and right of the panel. Record the smallest measurement to ensure the door will fit without trimming.
3. Measure the door frame width from one side to the other. Repeat the same steps as above.
4. Measure the door frame depth/thickness from the front to the back. This is essential as it means we can craft a bespoke internal door that will fit flush with the frame and the walls.
5. Account for clearance gaps to ensure the doors open and close smoothly. We recommend 2-3mm for the top and sides,15-20mm at the bottom for carpets, and 10-12mm at the bottom for hard flooring.
